That value is 2M from the chart. He is eligible for a spec extension. Thus, his deal is 4M (2022)
SP Rafael Montero, highest rank was 29th as of 2017. I won't sign him to a spec extension. Rather, I will sign him to a regular extension. Since he was ranked 2nd this year and the most 2M goes is 3 years. His new deal will be 2M (2020).
The New York Mets will release the rest of their pending free agents to free agency.
