--Once the playoffs begin, no free agent additions will be allowed. There will be no promotions/demotions allowed either. Releases will also be stopped as well.
--Pitching staff limits will still be enforced.
This only applies to playoff teams. All others, and those eliminated from the playoffs, can post extensions and releases. We will then complete all in-season moves in the week following the season--at which point, the off season will begin and there will be a changeover to the 2018 season.
