Jay Bouwmeester, $0.6m (2016-2018)

Traded to Rangers
Cam Talbot, $5.9m (2015-2019)
Stephen Johns, $1.5m (2016-2019)
Richard Panik, $0.4m (2015-2017)  4.7m (2017-2021)
D - Tyler Wotherspoon (2011: 2/57 - 30 Games)

:NYR: Rangers making a deal that improves our club. We deal franchise player MacKinnon to the Flames along with a star goalie to get help in all 3 zones. Talbot should be able to outperform Jones. Losing Nathan is a pill but I think Johns, Panik and the spec are going to be good for us long term.

Calgary Flames agree to this trade. This is a big piece in the franchise changing moves we want to make. Sometimes it takes 5 deals before you get to the one you really want to make.

Nathan MacKinnon was drafted by our organization 4th overall in the 2013 draft. He's a real franchise player. Welcome home Nate! Thanks for the smooth negotiations BB. Cheers mate!
