Tampa Bay will extend SP Kyle Hendricks (P-2017).

#13 in 2016 & 135 in 2017.  #13 is $11.0M on the chart. 

$11.0 x 60% = 6.6M which rounds up to $7M. 

New deal will be 7M (2022).
