Baltimore Trades:
SP Appel, Mark, $0.5m (P-n/a)      
CI Kelly, Carson, $0.5m (P-n/a)   
SP Beede, Tyler, $0.5m (P-n/a)   

Tampa Bay Trades:
CI Mauer, Joe, $6m (2019)      
$6m Cash this year to Cover Mauers Salary
P Kahnle, Tom, $0.5m (2017)                        
RP Strop, Pedro, $0.5m (2018)               
SP Feldman, Scott, $0.5m (2018)      

Baltimore does this deal to move a few prospects for some more depth for our playoff run. Mauer will give us another backup CI/ UT player in case of injuries. Strop and Kahnle will help shore up the bullpen. Feldman was recently put on the DL but hoping he can provide some SP depth down the road.

Tampa bay to Confirm.

Tampa confirms. 

Tampa Bay lacked depth and strength of the minor league system.  As injury after injury mounted, it finally got to the point where Tampa Bay could not compete this season for a title.  This deal moves some controllable assets to strengthen the farm.  Thanks for the negotiations Shooter.
