LW - Matthew Calvert, N/C, (42 Games)
Since this guy is over the 40 game prospect maximum games played cap and I see nothing's been done with him by the team for ages, Calvert is a Free Agent.

Oh, and the current team has zero cap space to sign him to even a minimum contract.

Calvert should be a Free Agent automatically exactly the way unsigned pending MLR FA's were automatically released into the FA pool June 25th. The previous team managers who failed to extend their pending FA's lost them so why would prospects who've clearly passed the 40 games played ceiling be treated differently and protected.

All of the free agents  being released were under a different commish. What is done is done. As for minor league players at 40 or more games. We have just changed the rules and we will be setting a deadline to get thoose players signed or they will be released.
