Title: Rangers roster moves

The Commisioner makes the following moves to make the Rangers roster legal.

(1) Remove Brendan Ryan from Rangers. He was signed to a 1 year deal last year and should be a FA now.

(2) Release the following MiLB players

P John Holdzkom
P Zach Petrick
P Marcos Encarnacion
P Gabriel Vizcaino
3B Christian Villanueva

(3) Promote the following players to the 40man roster

2B Ozzie Albies
RP Edwin Diaz
SP Luis Perdomo
SP Robert Gsellman
SP Ariel Miranda
