Wow. Anaheim came surging back to life right before the weekend only to get blown away about 30 minutes into Friday's games... Edmonton made it a real nailbiter against Buffalo. When I went to bed, Edmonton was up by less than a point with both teams having 3 players on the ice.
St Louis gets their second shot in the Finals. This team has been a perennial contender and a real monster these past few seasons. Jean has brought the Sabres back to life and who woulda thought he would have them this close to a title so soon?

I think it's safe to crown St.Louis the league champions....haha.
I also think the finals was almost over on day 1 when St.Louis jumped out to almost a 100 point lead after the first Monday's games...crazy 2 weeks for St.Louis.
Coupled with a lousy couple of weeks by Buffalo too, with only 125pts per week so far heading into the last 2 days. Can't win with that production, terrible time to have a couple of off-weeks!
