I like Williams' potential and this team's prospect depth allows me to gamble on boom or bust specs like him.

Angels approve.

I'm concerned about Williams' terrible K/BB ratio. He could solve that and be a star and this trade blows up in my face but I'm willing to take that chance.

I think Plutko has a good shot to be a decent backend rotation piece in the next year or two and I have liked Padlo since missing out on him in the draft a few years ago. This is a sort of challenge trade in my opinion depending on whether Williams booms or busts.
