Title: A Flat Cap in 2017-18? WTF
Post by: PsychoticPondGoons on February 14, 2017, 03:26:03 PM
Heads up gents.
The experts predict a flat cap for the NHL in 2017-18.

So any team expecting a bump up in the cap ceiling to help with extensions, you might be out of luck.

I like how it screws up each team's budget since we all expect the cap to increase yr over yr.
Like a kick to the balls when the cap is flat or decreases.

I'm watching to see what teams do when they have somewhere like 5-10 extensions to resign. It's going to be a shock to their roster.
Can't wait either!
