Title: Vote: Change in expansion rules from 2 goalies to 1 goalie being selected?

Simply looking to whether to change the selection rules for goalies from 2 goalies to 1 or if there is another option that someone can think of.

6 still to vote but will not change the vote. We will change to 1 goalie being selected by expansion teams.
Still means we will change the amount of other players picked by 1 up as well.
