Aroldis Chapman $5.4 (2018)

Baltimore trades:
Lucious Fox (prospect)
Melvin Upton $0.5 (2017)
Neftali Feliz $0.5 (2017)

Baltimore makes this deal to solidify a spot in the bullpen. Previous deals have freed up money to make the Chapman contract easier to take on. Colorado to confirm and thanks again for the easy negotiations

In the interest of expediency, I am going to approve the passage of this trade.  Two of the Trade Committee members are involved in the trade and we need to have up to date rosters before proceeding to the FYPD and Free Agency.
