Title: Cubs Roster error and resigning

P,RP,P   Phelps, David - MIA

Was signed to a one year contract on April 23 2016. He is on my Fantrax roster, but is not on my ProFSL WCB official roster.

Ranking 97 - 2016  146 - 2015

4 mil total - I would like to resign him for 3 years at 1.3 mil
