C Sam Reinhart, $0.2m (P-17/18)
D Marc Methot, $2.6m (2016-2017)

Philly gets
RW Dustin Byfuglien, $5.3m (2019-2020)
D Matt Hunwick, $0.5m (2017-2018)
Philadelphia 2018 1st round pick

Philly does this deal to beef up the blue line. We feel Byf has a lot left in the tank. I'm happy to get my pick back as well.

I accept. My fire sale continues. Frees a lot of cap up for me. Reinhart will look nice next to Saad and RNH for the next decade (hopefully).

I hope Philly can win the league the next 2 years so Buff can get another ring, and I feel less bad about losing the 1st rounder. Great negotiation! Papps drives a hard bargain but that's what you expect from a  :winner:
