:NAS: clears cap to absorb the salary or make this a conditional deal where Alex takes an extension of 2.3m (2016-2019) since he's ranked 98th both yrs.
Edler will get an extension and be down to 2.3m which should fit into our available cap space of 3.1m (just promoted a kid from our MiLR for 0.7m).
Edler should be good for a few point and add some veteran depth on the blueline. Luckily our recent LW callup replaces Sven production. At least that's the plan going into this. :thumbsup:
