Title: Los Angeles Angels and Scott Kazmir

 Just discovered my Request on July 18 to "Release" Scott Kazmir
 was put into Invalid Transactions; why ?  So I am making another
 Post in an attempt to remove him from my Roster . Best I can tell
 the Angels "released" him on June 15 and he cleared Waivers on
 June 20 and became a Free Agent . If you do remove him from
 the Master Speadsheet, I request you place Mike Trout, who I believe
 is on Double A Roster on to the 40-Man Roster .

It was placed in the invalid transactions because he is slated to become a free agent before the 2012 season regardless.

My intent is to have GM's set their 40 man rosters by a date TBD in March. As this is considered the offseason, the roster limits do not apply. I can add Mike Trout to the 40 man roster now if you like.

I'm sorry if this wasn't clear or wasn't stated previously.

Since your intent is to have the "Owners" set their 40-man Rosters
sometime next March. I will defer until that time as to IF the
Angels want to put Trout on their 25-man Roster or put him on
their Triple A Minor League team .

That sounds like a good plan to me.
