Placing Goody on MLB Roster would cause a salary cap violation.  In light of the fact that the Blue Jays are not in the playoffs, I have moved Goody to the Jays MiLB Roster, which eliminates the salary cap violation.  The Blue Jays GM can move Goody to the MLB roster after the season ends because he will have adequate salary cap available to do so if he wishes. :toth:
