Ryan Franklin, Miguel Bautista, and Gerald Laird to be place on Unconditional Waivers.

I am not looking to resign any of these players so I want them off of my 40 man to make room for some call ups.

All of the above are slated to be free agents before the 2012 season regardless.

As this is considered the offseason, we will allow roster limits to be exceeded. Rosters will have to comply with the rules prior to a date TBD in March. I'll check the constitution to make sure this is stated and I'll amend it if that is not the case.
