X-D Travis Hamonic, RFA, $0m this year

:TBL: receives
C Zack Smith, $0.9m (2016-2017)

Doing this to add a good D-man.  Zack Smith is a solid producer but I would have a hard time extending him next year.  Thanks Tubbs!

Extend Hamonic @ $3.6 for 4 years as the 23rd ranked D-man in 14/15.
