Title: Cubs Callup

Cubs would like to call up Ryan Weber to MLB roster and demote Reynaldo Lopez to MiLB.

I also noticed Cubs team page here shows EDR over limit but Fantrax doesn't, so there should be room to swap those two guys. Roberto Ramos is on my MLB roster on Fantrax but MiLB here. That change should get ProFSL roster in line.
