Title: Stars Promotions

The Stars would like to promote Jake Virtanen who has hit the 40 GP mark in the minors:

RW - Jake Virtanen (2014: 1/6) - 1 year with an AAV of $2.5m

The other Houston Aeros are still below 40 GP, so I will figure out the rest later.

However, since this is the off season the contract starts in 2016-17.
