Bids are for total amount and Wendle still has MiLB eligibility.
BTW- We only deal in $500K increments.

You can sign as a Prospect Contract +$2m bonus OR as a MLB contract equivalent ($2.5m). Since we only deal in $500k increments that would have to be either $2.5m (2016) or round up to $3m and sign him @ $1.5M (2017)
