Kevin Maitan is not listed Fantrax and there is no indication of any sort of him signing an MLB Contract with the Braves.  There are reports of a "handshake agreement" between Maitan's camp and the Braves, but without a formal MLB contract--he cannot be part of the FGM free agent bidding.
