The Red Wings have extended the Contracts of the following players:

Nick Lidstrom D - 6.4 mil for 4 years
Joey MacDonald G - 800k for 2 years
Thomas McCollum G - 200k prospect contract

The Red Wings will be keeping the following players from the 2011 NHL Entry Draft
Tomas Jurco
Ryan Sproul
Xavier Ouellet

Ian
GM Detroit Red Wings
