Title: Amateur Draft

Been reading through the "Constitution" and reached the section
on the "Amateur Draft" . When that comes up in Oct, specifically
WHERE are those selected placed ?  I see there is a "Rookie
Roster" that has a maximum size of 30 players; is this where
those selected are ONLY placed ?

I did not specify. You may place them wherever you wish, taking into consideration the different rules for each roster. This may involve dropping some existing minor leaguers.
