Title: Avalanche/Canadiens Strike a trade
Post by: E.J. on July 03, 2011, 11:45:05 PM

:COL-NHL: gets negotiating right to D James Wisniewski
:MON-NHL: gets negotiating right to G Peter Budaj and 5th rd pick in draft

I accepted this deal cause the Avs need some major help on the defensive side of the puck. Budaj was expandable, losing the pick sucks but its worth it.

:MON-NHL: to confirm
