Title: Trade Committee

Dynasty NHL will have a 8 member trade committee to review all trades.  All trades will require a majority of approval votes to be passed.  If any committee members are involved in a trade they are not allowed to vote.  They will require a majority vote from the remaining committee members to have their trades approved.
