I propose in regards to buy outs that...
You may not bid on a player that you have released or bought out for a period of 30 days. If you resign a player that you bought out earlier in the same league year their original contract is restored.
This would close the loop hole without effecting the current spirit of the buy out clause imo.
I hope the league can take a vote on the matter at least.

Yep, but only takes 1 troublemaker to force the issue by abusing the rule then sticking to commissioners for extra work.
