RW - Brendan Gallagher, $3.5m (2014-2017)
D - Nick Schultz, $0.2m (2014-2016)
G - Anthony Stolarz (2012: 2/45 - 0 Games)
D - Scott Mayfield (2011: 2/34 - 5 Games) 


:TBL: This deal is part of a larger picture for us. We love JVR, & Faulk had a breakout campaign last year. Looking at our team we felt Gallagher/Schultz was more controllable while Stolarz/Mayfield gave us a future Goalie prospect & a young D to replace Schultz when he moves on. We save TONS of $$$ and overall I like the trade for our current team structure as we are still LW loaded and deep at the blue line imo.

Flyers agree. We really like JVR and Faulk and believe this is a nice upgrade for my team.

There goes Papps spending all his money again. I figure 20 good players will always get beat by 30 average ones.....but the two he adds are better than good! Gallagher signed through 2017 is a sweet pick-up for Daddy and Stolarz is a nice chip too.
