Title: Commissioner On Vacation (August 3-10)
Post by: Drew on August 03, 2015, 02:43:12 AM
Hey all,

I will be away starting tomorrow morning until August 9th or 10th so that is why I tried to catch up and process everything tonight that I could. I will still have some internet (at cafes or the pool) so I will sticky transactions that have ended to get contracts.

A few things I ask of you guys are that:

1) You fix any roster issues by free agents additions at the time you announce a contract. If you have a cap issue or roster space issue, a move needs to be made within 24 hours of a free agent win!

2) Follow the rules! No more than 5 bids per person and try to play within your cap space. No one will be happy if I have to release players back to free agency because of a cap or roster issue.

3) Remember the 50% rule. All players, even from their starting bids, must receive half their current actual cap hit. I have locked and moved some players that haven't followed that already and would appreciate if I didn't have to monitor that closely during my trip.

4) I don't PM people when they win free agents that is your responsibility to make sure to award players contracts when they are won. Be diligent on awarding contracts so no penalties occur!

Lastly for anyone interested, I am head to Whitefish, Montana for the week for golfing, laking, and relaxing with my wife, daughter, mother and brother! Bring on the cheap beer!

Thanks everyone!
