Currently in this league every player that is released is passed through waivers and is open to being claimed. In real life MLB only players on a 40 man roster are subject to waivers if released or removed from the 40 man roster. Minor league players are not subject to waivers and immediately become free agents upon being released. I would like to institute the real life rule on this subject for various reasons including but not limited to decreased processing time and more closely mirroring MLB. Let me know what y'all think.

I vote for eliminate. I also think that each player should be considered his own waiver claim, especially since the volume should significantly decrease.

I concur, JSS.

Looks like a good rule, it will go into place effective immediately. Thanks for voting.
