Once prospects have reached 40 games they need contracts and can't be signed to a 2 way contracts. They also must be brought up to the major league roster and be sent down through waivers to go back to minor league.
Please look over your own prospects as some as coming close to the 40 game mark and then will no longer be able to be signed to 2 way contracts.
