Title: Buffalo/Colorado Deal
Post by: favo_zomg on March 15, 2011, 07:45:26 PM
Buffalo Gives:
Tomas Kopecky, $2.1m (2011-12)

Colorado Gives:
Matt Greene, $3.0m (2013-14)

Reason: It took some real through, but both players average 1.2 points per game anyway, thus it does not make too much of a difference. I need another solid D man to cover for the guys who are injured (including one of my rentals), and add the fact that Mr. Greene has another two years on his contract makes him a valuable commodity on my team that only has two D man inked beyond the 11-12 season.

I hate to let Kopecky go while he is on his high, but I am going to have to let someone go eventually.

Good dealing with ya man ^.^

I can use Kopecky as a LW/RW, and Buffalo get a young D with a long contract.
Pleasure trading with you!
