Los Angeles management announce the following moves:

Buy-Outs
Center Bracken Kearns, $0.2 (2013-2015) receives a Buy-Out for $0.1 Million (2014-2015)
Defense Jean-Phillipe Cote, $0.2 (2013-2015) receives $0.1 Million (2014-2015)
Left Wing Matt Ellis, $0.2 (2013-2015) receives $0.1 Million (2014-2015)

Activate from LTIR
We will reinstate Tomas Hertl from Long-term Injured Reserve.

These were all posted during the freeze we'll make the moves on Oct 9th.
Also Hertl will sit in your reserves but cannot be started again because the move to activate off LTIR was done during the freeze.
