From now on, extensions, free agents, trades, etc., will not be processed until teams have enough cap room to do so, so if signing an extension and you put a person on waivers to clear the room, the extension will not be processed until this goes through.
Posting:
When posting free agents and extensions, please post in this folder not "Processed Transactions" or "Completed on Fantrax" as they are neither of those when you post in there. Waivers can be posted in the "Waivers" folder like it has been done so far and claims are made as they have been as well.
