Title: Phillies - Pirates trade

Phillies receive:
OF Renfroe,, Hunter, $0.5m (P-n/a)
SP-RP Humber, Philip, $2m (2015)

Pirates receive:
CI Davidson, Matt, $0.5m (P-n/a)
P Gee, Dillon, $0.5m (P-2014)

Phillies may have overpaid for Renfroe slightly but I like him that much.  Davidson's stock is low right now and I was on the fence with resigning Gee.  I have a ton of young pitching and I'm not sure I wanted to commit more money to Gee.  I feel I am strong with specs at CI with Asche, Singleton, Franco, and Olson so I could afford to get rid of Davidson.  I'm really high on Renfroe and I think he makes my OF better in a year or two.

Love Renfroe and hopefully Davis can turn it around... Getting Dee was added security for pitching as Pirates will seek to extend him.
