Angels confirm.

Angels need to bolster the OF in the farm system and this trade brings in two OFs who if they pan out
Will help sooner than any prospects the international funds would have gotten.

Phillies do this to add more international funds and a high leverage relief pitching prospect with an elite fastball in Diaz.  Walker and Altherr are toolsy prospects but I don't think they hit enough to be more than fringe players.
