Brewers place Matt Kemp on 15day DL retroactive to March 22 and promote Nyjer Morgan to active 25 man roster.

We don't use a 15 day DL in this league. As long as someone is on the 40 man roster, you can move them from the minors to majors daily on Fantrax.
