Okay, I screwed up. Red Sox bid was illegal. Therefore, I am reopening the bidding. The current high bud will be the 2 years, 800k (1.6 million) by the Blue Jays, unless they no longer want to offer that price.

The bid was only 400k more than the previous bid. For major league deals, offers must be at least 500k more in total value than the previous bid.
