Trade Joel Hanrahan - RP,SP - PIT from Washington Nationals to Los Angeles Dodgers

Awaiting confirmation from WAS GM to confirm deal.

Scott, the Washington Nationals GM, has accepted this trade at Fantrax.  I am approving this deal.  The Nationals are currently over their cap, but this move does not increase such amount.
