:PHO2: approves this deal.

I do like Glennie and Connauton, but my main goal was to dump Chara's contract.  Chara is still a beast, but he is 36, and the Olympics could really effect him.  Irving was a dump to make room for Glennie.  I don't value the picks too much, but they could help down the road.  Thanks as always Gilly!
