Title: Releasing Players after FA starts

Are we allowed to release players AFTER FA starts?  Is there an off-season deadline for releasing players?  Would the same rules apply as far as future years' obligations (75%/50%/25%)?

Nope, but the drop percentages switch over to 90/60/30on the 10th of January.
