I have some players which I would like to target, but which are not listed in Fantrax currently, either in the MLFB league or the Fantrax site in general. However I can see an option to contact Fantrax to add players. They are prospects with no MLB experience but do have Minor league records of up to 5 years.
My questions are :-
- Am I allowed to open FA bidding on these players
- Do I need to get them added to Fantrax first, or only after they are signed
- Has this situation been encountered before?

I believe you could also request Fantrax to add the player to their database, so the commissioner doesn't have to.
