Amir Johnson: Johnson, who suffered a minor ankle sprain during Wednesday's loss to the Celtics, should be in the lineup Friday, the Toronto Sun reports. "He's fine, he got taped up and he's doing OK. He tweaked it a little bit, nothing serious," Raptors coach Dwane Casey said.
