Title: Releasing Players and Re-Bidding?

Can we release players and then just re-bid on them as IR replacements?  Saw that Bouwmeester was dropped then bid on.

Just wanted clarification on that rule as I am too lazy to look it up honestly!

As far as I can discern there is no stipulation against it.
