Should we establish an objective way of recognizing success? I like what Jake has in the ACQ, it gives an incentive to perform well. What should we recognize as excellence?

Its really an idea stolen from Jake's league ACQ. It rewards teams for finishing first in their divisional races or the championship. Therefore, creating more competition, ideally.
For example:
Division Champs receive a 10% discount on one free agent, or player, or whatever, for the following year.
League Runner-up receives 15% " "
League Champion receives 20% " "

I like it. I vote yes. We just need to iron out the incentives. (Sorta like a good-team discount that we see in the NHL)
