Title: Reds would like to extend Hunter Pence.

The Reds wish to offer Hunter Pence a 3 yr extension, but I just don't know where to find or how to use the rankings.

Do we base his future salary on last year's salary? And then match it up with the percentile's on the extension worksheet?

All I know is he made 10.4m last year.

Find his highest ranking out OF for the past 2 seasons and follow the steps.
