I'm looking to rebuild my organization somewhat.  I really like Feliz, 19 year old power arm.  I think Feliz will be a stud, hope so anyway.  The 3rd round pick should help me nab a decent prospect.  Happy with this trade.  Thanks!

:HOU: takes a chance on Locke that he just hit a wall this year and will be at least in the talk for the 5th spot in the rotation next year. Always like LoMo and have lots of 1B types but depth is always good!
