Title: Predators and Blackhawks trade

e40 and PsychoticPondGoons have both come to an agreement on  a trade.

:NAS: trades their 2013 3rd round pick

:CHI-NHL: trades Nino Niederreiter, $0.2m (2013-2014)


The Predators do this trade to add a young skater with a lot of potential on a very reasonable contract that can be extended.  We also think Nino is as good if not better than any prospect that we could have gotten in the 3rd round.

Hawks confirm! e40 wants to get his rebuild project going. My Hawks have an eye on a few prospects in the draft to add some talent to our sad sack MiLR. The extra MLR spot will come in handy soon.

Not hurting Chicago and both teams seem to be getting what they need. I'll still have to give the win to Nashville on this one.

I'll give the Win to :NAS: because I don't notice anyone with better potential than Nino in the list of remaining players of this yr's draft. But maybe :CHI-NHL: knows something...
