Tampa sends:
                      2013 2nd round draft pick
                      Ryan Malone, $4.5m (2014-2015)

Chicago sends:
                      Colin Fraser, $0.2m (2013-2014)


Tampa is 5 mil over the cap and offers a draft pick for assuming Ryan Malone's contract. Thanks Goons.
